P1-6 Speech and Drama Training Enrichment

In a fun and safe environment, children in our Speech and Drama course will learn how to express themselves in different contexts, and learn the value and nuances of social interactions at the same time. With proper guidance from our trained teachers, they will learn to become more confident speakers, through the act of role-playing, harnessing one’s vocal abilities, and using body language to convey meaning.

Elements of the programme include:

Speech

• Learning how to enunciate
• Voice projection
• Vocal expression

Drama and Poetry

• Facial expressions
• Body language cues through mime and movement
• Learning how to improvise through games and storytelling
• Familiarity with linguistic devices such as rhymes, puns, alliteration etc..
